Dr. Anil Kumar Porwal is a seasoned Vedic astrologer with over two decades of academic and practical experience in Jyotirvigyan. A Ph.D. holder in Siddhant Jyotish from Lucknow University, he also holds dual Master's degrees in Jyotirvigyan and Geography, along with an Acharya (First Class) in Siddhant Jyotish from Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi. His expertise spans across Siddhant Jyotish, Panchang, Horary Astrology, Mundane Astrology (Medini), Parasari Jyotish, and Vastu Shastra. Dr. Porwal has served as a Junior and Senior Research Fellow (JRF & SRF) and later completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Jyotirvigyan. Since 2010, he has been a Subject Expert in the Jyotirvigyan Department at Lucknow University, and currently serves as an Academic Counselor (Jyotish) at IGNOU, Lucknow. A recognized authority in his field, he has published 2 books, 25+ research papers, and presented in over 40 national and international seminars. He has also been honored with prestigious awards including the Manika Dawal Prize, Vividh Puraskar, and Guru Samman.
